10.0Such friendly staff made us feel welcome from the get go, beautiful room , lovely sheets ( love a good sheet) just lovely
− Nothing
Convenient location, safe area.
7.0The room was clean and comfortable.
− My room was on the top floor, a hand with the suitcase would have been welcomed. At check out the member of staff had to be reminded that breakfast was included in my booking. Until that point it had not been offered. Limited choice at breakfast, many items were empty / very low and had not been replenished (9am).
Quiet, friendly and great food.
10.0Very friendly staff the moment we walked in. Lovely lunch in the outdoor area, and breakfast was superb. Amazingly quiet considering it was an old building, over a pub and restaurant.
− Nothing - excellent spot!
Guest review
10.0Beautiful room, very spacious and elegant. Brilliant staff and breakfast.
You feel at home and welcome from the moment you step over the threshold
10.0Home from home, atmosphere, location, staff, food , great people who don’t take themselves to seriously!
This was a perfect location as my daughter lives across the common.
9.0Delicious and the service was excellent - the cappuccinos were perfect and I liked the espresso machine in the room.
− I received notification from you that you don’t have a lift, but I had not expected to be right at the top of the house - it was good exercise, but this needs to be highlighted for older guests!
