4.0Pluses: Good firm bed Decent pillows I never felt unsafe Large refrigerator Negatives: Towels and hand towels thin and cheat No washcloths provided Light comes on through door big enough for bugs...but I never saw a bug The doors, light switches and wall in and around the bathroom door were just gross The shower head did not really work. Very weak water flow as it all went down the tub faucet No maid service No phone. There was an old phone on the night stand with the old name of the hotel, but their were no cords, so I guess they were to pretty up the room. I went to the office twice to get a roll of needed toilet paper as there was no spare in the room. Got it finally on the 3rd try.

4.0I had to switch rooms 3 times to find one that wasn’t dirty , water leaking from the ceiling, or toilet that flushed.
