STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Don't be fooled by the pictures online, this place is an absolute horror show. What began with dark empty restaurants and toilets that didn't work in bathrooms covered in ants ended with a maintenance man opening our room while my wife was changing, then explaining it was ok "because he knows her sister". The staff at this hotel consists of 4 barely adult girls. One night I had a meeting and they explained there was no business center, so come down to the lobby (11pm meeting). When I arrived all the lights were off with NO staff there and a random man sleeping on a bed next to the "bar" area. This review could go on and on. We left with 1 night remaining. They've promised a refund and took bank info. I hold out zero hope this will happen. If you're reading this -- we're waiting for our refund. The bad news for them is I was in town ahead of my company who would have filled their hotel many times. Instead, we will stay literally anywhere else. Pleiku or not, do better. Or charge a price that coorelates to what you're providing. Nice pictures online dont equate to 1 million dong.

The roof top pool has a wonderful view but very small. The rooftop bathroom is not very functual as shared mwn and womens woth shower and super slippery tiles when wet from the shower. Food on menu seemed very expensive, be sure and ask for the Asian food menu which was a bit cheaper.
