8.0Most of the staff were very nice and polite. It was clean.
− One of the staff was rude. Sitting like a slop on the table and told me that I would have to pay double. He was missing a few front teeth. They didn’t have any butter at breakfast which was subpar.

5.0The property was 10 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from traverse city and 10 minutes from Interlochen center for the arts. It was convinient for picking up camper, also cheaper than all the other hotels
− The adress was confusing. The highway north or south- gos got it wrong every time!

9.0Paul who checked us in, couldn't have been any nicer or friendlier when we arrived. There was a slight glitch with our room, he fixed the issue immediately and put us in another room.
