Hotel location, good reliable WIFI, plenty of power sockets in the room. Staff were pleasant, although not warm and welcoming.

− This hotel represents unprofessionalism, should be advertised as an upmarket backpackers. Hotel rooms should provide things to make your stay comfortable. This is not a cheap stay hotel, over a $1000 AUD for two nights, very disappointed. 1. Every hotel (big or small) I've ever stayed provide sachets of tea, coffee (an assortment of teas and coffee), sugar and small milk pods in the room. This room had only two English Breakfast tea bags, nothing else. I thought it was an oversight from housekeeping, however next day was exactly the same. Had to ask reception for milk and find cleaners in the hallway for more tea bags. Also, basic amenities i.e. tissues, shower cap were not provided. 2. The bed was very comfortable and the linen (sheets and pillow cases) were clean, however pulling back the cases the pillows were dirty …. NO PILLOW PROTECTORS. One pillow case had a hole in it. 3. Bathroom towels were scratchy and not soft. The shower area and floor needs a good clean. Water leaks onto the floor due to poor shower glass design, makes the floor slippery and wet foot towel. 4. No fridge, small room, big clunky ugly four post bed (steals space) which I ran into three times. There's nowhere / space to sit, only one small chair. 5. The hotel took full payment from my credit card three days prior to our arrival. In most cases hotels take a holding fee or one day's amount.

Lovely boutique, hotel with excellent breakfast and coffee which converted to a restaurant bar in the evening.

Location is excellent

− Needed to be more thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom did not seem as though it was cleaned well, and there was hair on the floor from the previous guests.
