10.0The location, you can walk and you have Shinjuku station so close to basically move anywhere in the city. The staff is so helpful, the facilities are great, so clean, the room was bigger than the average rooms in Tokyo; the buffet breakfast was fantastic, pretty much the same options everyday but it’s really good. I had a great experience overall staying here and would definitely book it again.

Great Location. Very Small Rooms.
3.0Location of the hotel was great and buffet breakfast was good.
− The room was awful. Booked a Standard Double Room. The room was tiny, with a small double bed pushed up against the wall. No way two adults can sleep well in a bed that small. Had to pay extra AU$150 a night to upgrade to a bigger room so we had the space we needed.
Good to know
Only the Deluxe Twin Room can accommodate baby cots and extra beds.
