10.0The owner is very friendly and speaks perfect English. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the hotel. The area in front of the hotel is beside the river. There was some construction happening on the the building that was a little inconvenient at the entrance, but the room was great! Cold air conditioning, comfortable beds ample sized room with beautiful view of the Nile and boats out the window.

Good place to stay if you are on a budget.
6.0We arrived around midnight, and we had arranged to have them pick us up from the airport. This worked great and they provided great service. The hotel is small and run by a family. They provided good service in getting our luggage up to our room. The furniture in the room was outdated and felt dusty. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We paid extra to have breakfast the next morning. It was served family style and none of the foods appealed to me. There was no coffee or tea. The water bottles provided were not cold. Overall, it is a good place to stay if you are on a budget and you want to see the Philae temple which is pictured on their website/

10.0Great property with an amazing view at the Nile river! This was my first time traveling to Aswan and I am happy that I choose this hotel. Ahmed, the property owner was helpful and kind. He was able to get me a driver to Abu Simbel and to Luxor with little notice, definitely an amazing experience!
A hidden gem with views of Phllae Temple
10.0Villa Misk is a real gem. The views are stunning, the room comfortable and clean. The home made food was divine and the owner Ahmed was so helpful with arranging excursions and imparting valuable advice about the cruises. The local road to get there is unpaved - but keep the course because it is worth it !
