A Wonderful Stay
10.0I am very glad I chose Torel Palace Porto. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and full of character. I especially appreciated the way it introduces guests to Portuguese culture and literature through its connection to Portuguese writers. The location is very convenient for exploring Porto on foot but I also genuinely enjoyed returning to the hotel and spending time there. Its calm atmosphere makes the hotel itself feel like part of the holiday. What made my stay especially memorable was the staff. Everyone was warm, polite and genuinely willing to help. When my flight was cancelled after check-out, they stored my luggage and helped me arrange a taxi. Their kindness and readiness to assist, even after my stay had officially ended, confirmed the high standard of this five-star hotel. The breakfasts were also delicious. I left with very warm memories and would happily stay here again.
