8.0- great location walking distance from ciq, easy to call Grab to and from the hotel - room was a good size, simple, clean and comfortable - reception staff and guards are friendly and welcoming - was able to ask for slightly earlier check in and check out
− - better sound proofing for windows and walls will help improve the overall experience
Great short stay in JB
8.0Nice central location if staying for a night or two in JB. Staff were fab, esp the security staff! Also very close to old town for all food tastes - walkable. Rooms modern and nice
− It can be loud at night - bring earplugs as cars on main road race at the weekends !

9.0The location of the hotel was so strategic, it was close to everything, restaurants, shopping, CIQ, train station. The room was kept clean and well maintained. The carpark freed us from a lot of hassle.
