La atención de Wendy en recepción excepcional y en general del personal. Las habitaciones limpias y el sabor de los alimentos muy bueno.

− Los muebles de la habitación viejos y dañados, se escuchaba mucho el ruido exterior en las habitaciones, hasta los pasos de las personas que pasaban, eso resulta más molesto si viajas con bebé. Los cocktails del bar muy malos. La playa ni hablar, repleta de sargazo

We took our family of 17, four families ranging from age 69 to 3, for a vacation after a stressful number of years dealing with family health issues caring for 95 year old parents. The staff of Dreams was kind and welcoming at every offering. The food was fantastic! The buffet at World Cafe provided something for even our pickiest eaters. The adults agreed that the Oceana was their favorite meal, while the kiddos enjoyed ice cream and smoothies at Coco's Cafe. The variety of the pools provided a perfect match for the different age group interests, while their proximity layout allowed parents to observe the different groups from one central base. The Barefoot Grill was frequently utilized by all for food and drinks. The staff even served our 6 year old's, which made them feel very important. The rooms were so clean, and the tile floors, with the bathrooms just inside the entry door, allowed for a quick rinse-off of the young ones before they could contaminate the beds. The noise level in the hallways was acceptable. Our kids were possibly the loudest as they called to each other between rooms. There were lots of families. Our kids quickly found others their age that joined them in the lazy river and water slide. We loved the live music that happened almost every day. Oh, and the spa! The highlight for our 18 year old granddaughter. She orchestrated a 'spa day' for all of the women. Definitely her highlight of the trip. This was a good value for our large family. Everyone found something that captured their interest. We will definitely consider a return trip.

Lack of Operations

The availability of the restaurants is very bad; reservations are needed before 4 p.m., and only two slots are open per hour. If you can't get a reservation, they send you to the buffet, which definitely needs a lot of variety and quality. I stayed 7 nights, and on 3 of them, I could book in à la carte restaurants. The service needs a lot of attention; it's noticeable that they need more staff to be able to serve the guests.

Fantastic resort

Please ignore the negative reviews. We just got back from a six night stay and the resort was fantastic! Everything from the food, service, pools and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. I was checked in as a UVC member and had preferred club. I love having the preferred restaurant as well as the pool.Special thanks to Hector, Roger and Jesus in the preferred club pool who made the stay extra special always finding chairs and super thoughtful to my son. The entertainment was great lots of variety. I visited many hotels in Mexico area this has exceeded my expectations. The beach was the only downfall which we knew going into it but we did take a taxi one day Puerto Morales and we’re able to experience clear water only 20 minutes away! if you are a UVC member you can experience the hydrotherapy for 56 USD for 50 minutes it was well worth it and the was amazing. The waterpark, lazy river was really fun as well as the rock climbing. Nightly entertainment had a large variety from saxophone, violinist to liveband in the lobby to a specialty shows in the theater and even a Mexico soccer game night. Highly recommend this resort
