8.0No hicieron el aseo al día. La regadera con muchos orificios tapados. Lástima de pantalla porque no existen todos los canales.
Pésima atención de la Sra. Fabiola en Recepción!
6.0El hotel está bien pero la Sra. Fabiola que atiende en el hotel con una atención al huésped PESIMA! No tiene la menor idea de lo que es darle un buen servicio al huésped. No sabe sonreir, no intenta ser agradable y te atiende como si la hubiera tratado mal la vida y se quisiera desquitar con los huéspedes! La persona más antipática que hemos visto en un hotel y es una lástima tener un hotel aceptable pero con esos malos tratos Nunca Regresar ahí! Sí quieres que te atienda alguien de mala forma y trate mal en tu viaje? Hospedate ahí y que te atienda la Sra Fabiola! Debían poner más atención en servicio al huésped y poner personal agradable, educadas y carismática! Y no a la Sra. Fabiola!
