− One of the guests smoked during my stay and the entire floor smelled of cigarette. The staff couldn’t knock on the guest door to stop him from smoking. Unsure how they’re handled it in the end.

越後湯沢雪の花への旅
9.0接客応対は最高 最上階の浴室と浴室後の休みばはくつろげた
− ロープウェイから街並みを見ようと思ったら5月迄中止だった。前回宿泊と同じく2日目が雨で越後湯沢は雨に出合う街で残念。（トンネルを抜けると雨だった。）
