3.0The proximity to the beach.
− I asked the reception whether I could change my booking and check out 4 days prior to my booked schedule, due to unforeseen circumstances. I asked 4 days in advance and they said it would not be an issue at all and that they would communicate with booking.com to change the booking. When I checked out they told me that they hadn't succeded in changing the booking, but would precede to do it after my departure. They never changed it and charged me the full additional amount. Repeated messages and emails from my end were completely ignored and not bothered with an answer. The facility had a noisy pump for the jaccuzzi pool running day in and day out right next to my room, which they were not willing to keep off, when I asked, not even overnight. There was also no breakfast or any food provided.
