NOT GOOD AT ALL
4.0− The bed was hard as a rock, check in girl was uninteresred in our needs, I use a walker and no one opened the door for me, the toilet bowl was too low and we had a handicapped room, the only chair in the room was a plastic one so we had nowhere to sit, the rugs at the entrance and in the hallway hung up my walker wheels and I almost fell over it, this was a king sized bed with only 2 flimsy, flat pillows, I could just BARELY get my walker into the bathroom, and there was NO WAY I was going to use the tub, for a handicapped room how was I supposed to step OVER the side of the tub to get in.

3.0− The place was significantly more rundown than the picture showed. There were multiple things happening in the parking lot that made me uncomfortable, though I couldn’t quite put my finger on anything illegal exactly. The behavior of the guests staying at that hotel (or maybe they weren’t) shouldn’t be a reflection on the hotel exactly but it made me very uncomfortable and feel unsafe. There was a dog barking in the middle of the night and people came in loud way after midnight, again I am not sure that’s anything you can control as management. I was actually a little bit nervous to be parking in the parking lot and wondered if my car would be safe. This is odd considering that the area outside of that tucked away motel six seems nice.
