− Rubbish places, owner not keep the hygene & cleanliness at all -entrance to the room was full with rubbish of recycle plastic bottles -parking space not available, need to use neighbourhood road side to park the vehicles for luggage & bags to the room nearby.

− Not suitable for family with young kids or woman. The room is located on a badminton court. Which is very noisy and the security is very doubtful. Very not recommended as an accommodation for travellers.
