DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
1.0DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I did not like any aspect of this horrific place. The place is not as described (maybe it was at some point in the past.) It smelled musty and felt like no one has been there in a long time or cleaned it. The windows were extremely dirty. When I tried to open the windows to let some fresh air, one of the windows was looking next into a literal dumpster. And people were obviously regularly coming in to toss trash making it noisy. The parking situation was not easy. I had to drop the car two blocks away to a public parking lot and carry my luggage as street parking was not available on a Saturday. When I called the property manager to let them know about the situation, directed to voicemail (at 4pm) and no one got back to me until 5 hours later (at 9.30pm) and they did not even acknowledge my request for a full refund. I left the place immediately!
− I have a strong sense that a significant share of the reviews are not real. There is this person Mel in the reviews that left them 6 or 7 reviews about how great the vanity is and how she can fit in a very standard size bathtub with her 6’4 boyfriend. This place is a scam. Booking.com is not any better. Because the property did not agree to give me a full refund, they offered to send me $28 as a token of their appreciation. What an absolute joke. I had to incur substantial charges because I had to book another hotel room in downtown Long Beach. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

10.0My boyfriend and I love staying here. I love the vanity room and the full-size kitchen as well as the deep bathtub and amazing water pressure in the shower. The staff are always so accommodating and we can't wait until our next stay!
− The only two little things that i could complain about is that the kitchen had 2 pepper shakers and no salt [which leads me to my next teeny complaint] and no large pot for cooking pasta and no strainer

6.0The apartment we're really quiet and ran into a couple residents super friendly.
− The floor to the apartment were greasy and the place was really dusty. The floor was the worst part. And they didnt clean before us getting there. The tub filled up after a shower because the screen to catch debris was filthy and full of hair and soap scum. I shave my head

10.0Once again my boyfriend and I had a great stay at Casa Bonita. We love to escape here for a day or two a few times a month. This was probably our favorite room yet. Huge corner unit with a hallway and still has the vanity/closet combo that I love so much.
− I can't think of anything I didn't like about my stay.
