− 早餐部分還有很大的進步空間。當天提供的菜色品項偏少，基本款的熱食與沙拉選擇不多，且口味表現一般、驚豔度不足。會期待早餐能有更多元或精緻的菜色搭配。」

8.0房間乾淨整潔，令人舒服，而且房間有兩張椅子！聽起來很天經地義，但真的太常遇到兩人房只有一張椅子的窘境了
− 早餐實在很令人提不起勁，不難吃，但也沒有特別，餐廳環境可以再乾淨一些
來頭城，第一次臨時在網上訂的旅社，感覺很沒紀律，下次絕對不會再來。
3.0沒有滿意處
− 1.餐廳內場服務員只有一個（手戴紅白清潔手套🧤，要劃位還要清潔），感覺飯店很缺人。 2.旅客吃完早餐，需自助整理餐盤。窗台上的植栽盆栽是清潔劑容器⋯⋯。 3.房間浴巾破掉為什麼不淘汰？ 4.櫃檯服務人員，有職業倦怠嗎？每個都無笑容，一位中年女性服務人員，邊吃科學麵，邊工作。（下午15:30肚子這麼餓？）。 5.這邊坐櫃檯的兩位中年女性服務人員，看起來就是老屁股，還會給中間那位男性服務人員使臉色。 5.在房間，只要走廊有些許動靜，都很大聲，簡單來說隔音很差。
