Unexpected but real
2.0Overall not a great experience as you would expect from Hyatt, unclean, smelly and poor experience overall. Room was not clean and was smelly. Elevator was unclean and smelly as well.

2.0I am disgusted at the fifth of this place. The bathroom was dirty with dried piss on the floor! The toilet didn’t even WORK! We had to go downstairs to use the bathroom! Are you kidding? The bed was made with the sheet on top of the comforter.really? The comforter was DIRTY along with the wall on the right of the bed. The front door had some kind of splatter all over it! There was a hair on the pull out mattress. I am seriously appalled at the level of disgust this hotel was in. The breakfast if that’s what you call it was inedible! They should be ashamed. Absolutely not Hyatt status! In addition The king bed felt like a Murphy bed, so noisy and uncomfortable! The mirrors were also dirty Along with the elevator floors. Plus we woke early morning to the fire alarm going off twice! When we discussed with the lady at the front desk she NEVER EVEN apologized!! Didn’t try to help us at all! We got in late and didn’t see the level of unacceptable cleanliness until the light of day otherwise we wouldn’t have stayed there. So image our shock when we woke up to discover all of the disgusting status. Do not stay here!
