We made it work.

There was one young man who worked there who was incredibly helpful, respectful, kind, and competent.

− The room and bathroom was not the cleanest. They told us they ran out of clean wash cloths. The breakfast was the exact same everyday. The pool had an extremely strong chemical smell. Kids and teens were in pool unsupervised and engaging in inappropriate behaviors.

This location was in a convenient location and we were 10 minutes from kings island. Which is the best part.

− I write this review after careful consideration. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the staff that was there at the time. Who maybe was having a bad day or was going through something. The reason why I say this is because when we were checking in he seemed like he had an attitude. Next the room that was provided was NOT CLEAN. I have a video of the walkthrough of the room. The shower had potiental mold, and the pull out bed has spots on it. I asked to be switched rooms and they did allow us to switch. This next room was ok but it was better than the last. In this new room the toilet kept clogging up and the sink wouldn’t drain water properly. They also had a tie or rag type of material wrapped around the shower head. I’m assuming because the water kept leaking. The bed was not comfortable either. There was also paint chipping on the wall. Also there was guest smoking weed in the front of the entrance door. Many families was there with children. That was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. The pool was ok but the hot tub was not working. We will not be returning. But thank you for allowing us to stay.
