3.0The entrance was very clean and tidy. The staff were helpful when we asked for extra pillows.
− There were stains on the ceiling. The mattress on the bed was stained and disgusting. The mattress on the pullout couch was also stained and very worn with holes in it. There were bald spots in the carpet. Bathroom door was messed up, and there were cobwebs in the room.

The stay was disappointing, dirty, and grossed us out.
1.0The woman managing the breakfast was attentive, quick and kind.
− The entire establishment was not clean, rundown, and outdated. The bathroom in our room was dirty. The floor of the shower was dirty and when I picked up my disinfectant wipe it had brown on it. The shower head... gross. Beyond gross. It had a gel like film of buildup and mold. When we cleaned it ourselves, it was shiny and looked much better... still grossed me out. The handrail in the shower had been attempted to be fixed many times, as you could see the putty and hole still there. We needed extra towels and were told there were no more. How does a hotel not have enough towels?
