Very frustrating to deal with someone who promises and then doesn’t deliver.
3.0It was clean
− We couldn’t get clean towels delivered to our room. We stayed for 3 nights. We asked for towels daily, were told we would get them, but never did. I didn’t care that the room nor bed was made. But, I wanted towels. I was told the hotel only wanted to supply fresh towels every other day. They didn’t even do that. See below a sticker on the mirror promising towels daily.
Dirty, dated, and way overpriced.
3.0Staff friendly and helpful. Location convenient.
− Hotel is old. Facade is updated, maybe new carpet--but the rest is old. The linens, pillows, shower curtains--old. Shower curtain was moldy. The room was not very clean. Dusty headboards, corners, stains all over the wallpaper. room was damp and musty. Price was outrageous due to local car show and softball tournament. Will not stay here again. Will advise others to avoid as well.

We have an exterior renovation go on from June 1, 2024 until August 31, 2024. All internal features and amenities are still included with stay. Renovations hours are from 8am until 6pm daily.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
