I was cold.
5.0The room was great! Really it was a suite, plus a desk, a bar area, and I love bathtubs in showers. Staff was lovely.
− I was cold and couldn’t change the temperature. While the girl at the front desk was very nice and even offered to come up, she didn’t know how to help. And there was no protein at breakfast, but too much sugar.
The hotel was definitely over rated.
2.0The staff was helpful and friendly. The sheets were crisp and clean.
− Poor air quality. The carpet was worn and felt damp, almost sticky to my bare feet. The hotel was located in an area that had a noticeably industrial smell, which aggravated my asthma. Worse yet the room was musty, requiring me to cover my nose with the sheet in order to sleep.

10.0Extremely flexible with late check in, friendly and clean
− Only thing was the location for the Breakfast was small. Lots of guest were there at the same time so it was crowded. Staff was wonderful, restocking and cleaning the area.
