This hotel seriously needs help. You walk in and it’s so dark and gloomy. The pictures online make it look good, but it’s not. Our room had a sliding door that looked out at an area that was old and just trashy looking. I expected so much more from Hilton. We stayed there because we were going to their Grand Vacation presentation, which also was a joke. We went through the presentation and the guy was very nice, but changed his whole demeanor as soon as we told him we weren’t interested in spending that kind of money, especially after seeing the reviews about it from others who got suckered into it.

From January 31 - February 7, 2026, I was part of a group of 29 women who stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton, Park City, the Yarrow Hotel. Mike Mandelbaum was at the front desk daily. He was incredibly kind, patient, & helpful. Nothing we asked of him was too much. Each day, Mike greeted us with a smile & a willingness to assist with whatever requests we made. Nick, who was part of hospitality, was incredibly accommodating as well. He was pleasant & inviting & provided us with anything we needed to host our welcome reception. When we requested to host a large gathering in the bar area, Nick went above & beyond to accommodate us in a timely fashion with all of our food & beverage requests. Our group was well received by both the above mentioned gentlemen. They made our stay pleasant, comfortable, & relaxing. Thank you Mike & Nick. Meryl

After a nightmarish stay in Sedona, Arizona, I made an unexpected visit to Park City to make up for it. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff's kindness. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly sensitive, gracious, and genuinely caring. I was not judged for being a solo female traveler, and my puppy was treated exceptionally well. One staff member stood out, Mike at the front desk, who did everything in his power to ensure the dog and I could enjoy our much-needed vacation. It’s rare to encounter someone who makes you feel so welcomed and valued. On top of that, no one here made me feel judged. Mike's warmth and attentiveness made a wonderful stay absolutely memorable. I am so grateful for their thoughtfulness and will absolutely be returning.

Location exceptional! Cookies amazing! Room spacious! Breakfast delicious. I have read many of the reviews prior to coming and need everyone to know this hotel was beyond all expectations. Don't believe the negative reviews. Yes, the hotel is dated, but that gave it character ,,,, Kudos to all the staff.
