10.0The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was so nice and friendly from the valet, to the front desk, to the bartenders at the speak easy. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

1.0Hotel was nice, but booking.com put my entire family on a really bad spot the reservation never went through and we called booking.com costumer service for help, and your team was really rude and unprofessional, hanging up my phone calls not helping at all took so long to answered the phone calls, booking.com was terrible service
