This is the most exceptional hotel I have ever stayed at. The photos do not lie. The dining options are exceptional. Above all, the staff have a commitment to the highest level of service. Special call out to the Bamboo bar/pool area staff. Can't wait to return for the 5th time.

Our stay at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi exceeded every expectation and was undoubtedly one of the most memorable parts of our visit to Vietnam. From check-in to departure, the level of hospitality was outstanding. Every interaction with the staff reflected genuine warmth, professionalism, and a sincere commitment to making our family feel at home. They paid close attention to every detail and were especially caring and accommodating with our children, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is elegant and full of character, with beautifully appointed rooms, excellent facilities, and an unbeatable location in the heart of Hanoi. What truly distinguishes this property, however, is the exceptional team whose dedication and gracious service leave a lasting impression.
