Not what I had hoped

Not quite the experience I had hoped. The QR code for the hotel information didn’t work. Went to the front desk for information. Was wordlessly handed a piece of paper. I asked for a few more hangers for our room (only had 2). Was told “we do t have any hangers down here,” then she walked away while I was still standing there. The room was pretty noisy, with a lot of door slamming and loud voices starting early in the morning. (We weren’t far from the front desk), The room was comfortable and clean. Very spacious. Some wear and tear.

the floors are so dirty you have to wear shoes the entire time you walk around . The hot tub is closed . The hallway carpet are also dirty. the furniture is dirty. the in room coffee pot was broken. the elevator looks like there’s squished bugs that never got cleaned out. our room didn’t get maid cleaned. there’s remodeling next to our room where half the hallway is half plastic taped off with banging all day. hair came up in the sink the 1st time we used it to brush our teeth

Our room was dirty the hot tub was not working. it was very noisy in the hotel . We've used this hotel many times before, we probably won't be using it again very disappointed

DIRTY!! There were dead bugs at head of bed. Plus it was filthy dirty on the carpet at head of bed on floor. I asked about bed bugs and they told ME to bring out bugs to check for bed bugs! Whole place was dirty, not maintained! It smelled bad! Smelled like mold! My son’s room toliet was clogged. They handed be a dirty plunger across front desk instead of taking it up. They actually asked me to bring plunger back! I didn’t. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I can’t image that others haven’t complained!! I didn’t expect this from the Radisson Brand.

Everything was very dirty in the room, they were also renovating and it was loud, and not well kept as renovations were being done. Dust was caked onto the walls and floors and any surface, it had the weirdest musty smell and the curtains were ripped. Stains were on the ceiling as well as the mattresses. It made it feel very unsafe. We were also met with a ‘natural gas’ fire outside the hotel, that was claimed to not be a dumpster fire despite what it looked like. I wouldn’t stay here again unless the renovations make the hotel more cleanly.
