10.0Stayed here for a couple days a few times and had no issues. The room was always clean and the price is affordable. Great place for someone looking for something economical.

2.0Checked in. Got into the room and it smelled terrible and was unclean. Lifted up one of the mattresses and found so much black particles that we were not even sure what it was. Stayed 5 minutes and left. Dropped off the cards and told them we were not staying.
