Slept fine but lacks some attention to details.
3.0The breakfast was non existent! Coffee was not good and options where very limited. We opted out
− The hot tub was broken, as well as no towels in the pool area. Our room while clean and tidy the air conditioner made a loud rattle noise all night and only kicked on when it wanted. Breakfast was very minimal to say the least. The rooms had no cups or containers for ice went to the front but they couldnt find ice conainers but did provide a few cups. House keeping came by at 8:15 wanting to clean the room, as well as went to every other room near by yelling "housekeeping" loudly if you even wanted to sleep in a little it would not have happened.

9.0Roj and Gwen were great. Roj remembered me when I came back a few days later when I walked in. He didn't remember my name, but that's ok, I can never remember names. Very friendly. I plan to come back next year on my trip. They made sure I was near the back door for easy entrance to my room. I appreciated that.

− Super clean and pretty good overall! The pillows were a little stiff, but the rest of the stay was good enough to really care.
