− alte muffige Teppiche, Aussicht auf die Mülltonnen, Klinke am Bad kaputt, verwinkelte Irrwege zu den Zimmern, einer von uns hatte das Zimmer neben der Küche, nur die Oberlichter der Fenstern waren zu öffnen mit katastrophaler Mechanik, Lüftung und Heizungen machten viel zu laute Geräusche, 250 Pfund wenn die Dusche den Feueralarm auslöst (der größte Blödsinn, den ich jemals in einem Hotel gelesen habe) usw. – und das für einen Preis für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel. In Deutschland hätte es eventuell 2 Sterne bekommen, wäre aber bei der Hygiene und Sicherheit durchgefallen.

Pleasant enough but could have been much better.

− The last morning the breakfast service was very slow and nothing was served in time or together. I think there was some equipment malfunction and not enough staff to help resolve.

− Not well maintained. Carpets dirty, mould in bathroom walls and radiator was chipping off
