convenient, comfortable, & safe!
9.0staff and maintenance were kind and easy to talk to! room was big and comfortable and the breakfast was great. easy walk to and from the american airlines center.
− the only thing worth mentioning in terms of something we didn’t quite like was just the lack of light in the main living area of the room. there were no overhead lights just a dim lamp. it made two people getting ready at the same time almost impossible because we both needed the light at the sink. however, when entering we realized our original lamp didn’t work and the front desk was very kind about it and maintenance ended up bringing us a new lamp because ours was broken! it still wasn’t enough light for the space, but it definitely helped how nice they were about it!
