The location was close to where we needed to be.

− The property is not well kept we have stayed here many times in the past years and was surprised by how unkept the property is now. The smell and uncleanliness of the furniture in the room was very unpleasant. I hope that they make necessary changes and repairs.

Daughter and son-in-law pre-deployment nights stay

I booked a room for my daughter and husband who are active military traveling across country prior to a deployment (also traveling with a service dog). The front desk was A++++++ helping me make arrangements using points. I wish I wrote down their names, I spoke with a women (I think Makaila Monday night) and my daughter mentioned the gentlemen who checked them him had a slight British accent) In any event they were both rock starts. Thank you for helping us.....

It was short but very comfortable.

Run - Not safe and dirty

(1/5) As Hilton Honors members, we specifically chose this Hampton Inn because we trust the Hilton brand, but this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. The biggest issue was safety. Our room door did not lock properly, which made us feel very uncomfortable throughout our stay. In addition, an exterior stairwell entrance was unlocked and accessible from outside, creating another security concern. There was also someone smoking on our floor despite this being a non-smoking hotel. The property itself is in significant need of maintenance. The carpets were ripped, the walls were covered in scuffs and marks, and the overall appearance felt neglected. Our room smelled damp, musty, and mildew-like, making it feel dirty from the moment we walked in. Unfortunately, we arrived late in the evening and it wasn’t practical to find another hotel, so we had no choice but to stay the night. This experience did not meet the standards we’ve come to expect from Hampton Inn or Hilton. We hope management addresses the security concerns and invests in maintaining the property because, in its current condition, we would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
