9.0Very warm welcome from Tracey. Fan on and curtains drawn in room which made it nice and cool in this heatwave. Lots of free bottles of water.

− A bit noisy with the windows open, which was necessary due to the heatwave at the time.

8.0have to book breakfast the night before so I missed that. There was a nice welcome from the owner but after that I didn't see anyone else. When I left I just hung my key on a hook. As I say, simple, clean, comfortable and good value for money.
