− The elevator was small, no staff helped or the stairs were hard, not accessible. For this price, I would rather stay somewhere else
Very pleasant and convenient stay in Vancouver.

− Only drawback is the steps up from the street to the lobby, but staff are on hand to assist with luggage.

Nice hotel, shame about the high number of drugged up homeless people
3.0The staff were very welcoming, the room was a good size for our family.
− The hotel is situated across from a homeless hostel, and there was a lot of junkies in the surrounding streets. It didn't feel the safest, and pretty much left me a poor impression of Vancouver as a city. This obviously isn't the hotels fault, but I'd really recommend against staying in this area.
The cost of the room versus the quality of the room made it grossly over-priced
4.0− The room was small with a damp smell and had only one window that had a block-out dilm over it.
