Excellent stay
10.0We had an excellent stay at RIHGA Royal Hotel during our summer trip. The club lounge breakfast was outstanding! A special thank you to Myint at reception, who was so helpful and made us feel right at home. We also loved the hotel shuttle to Osaka Station, which was so convenient. We just wish we had known about it earlier, as we had to drag our big suitcases from Osaka Station to the hotel! Perhaps the shuttle information could be included in the pre-arrival email. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! Love this hotel! ❤️

9.0The rooms were spacious and had high end finishes end finishes with Nespresso machines.
− The room temperature didn’t go below 75 degrees. And there was a faint sewer smell. The dining room by the entrance, with the view of the waterfall opened too late at 9:00. I never got to experience it for 4 days.

Please be informed that the hotel does not provide shuttle service to Kansai International Airport.
The free shuttle is available from Sakurabashi Exit of JR Osaka Train Station to the hotel. It is available every 15 minutes from 7:45 to 22:30.
