8.0The staff was superb and it was nice to be able to try to talk with them in Spanish but have the flexibility to respond in English. I was sufficiently accommodated however I would not consider the amenities to be four star service. There was no iron or tea/coffee in my room. A small gripe for an overall good experience. Breakfast options were great and there is a bike rental near the entrance. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quiet place that's just a 10 minute bike ride to the action!

6.0I’m thinking that maybe because we booked through Expedia we got a room on the 5th floor. The elevator only goes to 4th. The stairwell was gross. Dirty dishes on the landings between 4th and 5th floor. Mold in the bathroom shower. But truly the people were so wonderful to us who work there! It made it worth every minute!
