It's fine, but there are better and cheaper hotels in the area.
5.0We were able to check in early and the wifi was good. The view from the terrace was nice.
− Recently having stayed in a number of other Madrid hotels, including a different NH Hotel that was superb, we were very disappointed. The price for two nights was outrageous considering the lack of amenities and size of the room. I would not consider this hotel a 4-star. There wasn’t enough room to fully open our luggage, the desk was so close to the bed it blocked access to the terrace (we had to climb over the bed), and using the main shower-head nearly flooded the bathroom because the drain was slow. There was no coffee maker in the room and when I asked if there was somewhere in the hotel I could get a cup I was told I would have to pay for a full breakfast.
