− Office wasn't open after 9 pm and no one was on call . Key card stopped working in the middle of the night So we had to find somewhere else to stay and I was never reimbursed

Decent, simple, it’s what i expected.
7.0This is a nicer version of budget brand Motel 6, off highway (a bit quieter). My room was decent, included a kitchen (nice, but didn’t need/use). Location and price were my primary considerations for a place to sleep and shower. The only issue that came up during my one-night stay was an unattended lobby at checkout. A sign was posted to announce a locked door, and I had no problems leaving / billed as reserved.
Good to know
Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of USD 10 may apply and must be paid at the property.
Any evidence of smoking or loss to the property caused by guests from smoking will incur a charge of a minimum of USD 250.
Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights, followed by USD 15 per day thereafter.
