6.0The check-in was wonderful. The front desk clerk was attentive and responsive. Check out was a disaster. The front desk clerks did not acknowledge me, nor greet me. They need customer service training or perhaps work in another area of the hotel.

2.0The carpet in the halls smelled very bad. They definitely need to replace,. Room was okay for the price. Bed was comfy.

2.0It wasnt what it said online. The washer and dryer didnt work. You couldnt go through the lobby after a certain time. You had to go all the way around and go to the window to get service. My last time going there
