7.0everything was well with the hotel it was just the hostess was rude & beyond terrible service with her rude self , where we has to call the cops on her to get my key for the night i had paid for

5.0− Flies and roach in room. Remote, bathroom light, cigarette burns in comforter, a little odor.

− My towels were dirty, my door didn't have a latch, the people next to me were in front all night talking loud, the door had a big opening at the bottom, wasn't properly cleaned had roaches and a roach smashed on the toilet seat . Had a bad smell in the room had to buy candles and spray for the smell
