6.0− The toilet was not working and no water coming out when flushing it. They sent tech out to check but could not fix it. it took about 40 minutes at midnight which we couldn't go to bed, They gave us another room for the last night, but it's not convenient cause we need to fly next day early morning, so we need to sleep early. I like the hotel and this is my second time to stay here. I asked them for a reimbursement but they told me that I need talk to Booking.com. Please kindly let me know. Thanks.
