Splendid experience my family and I loved every minute of it.
9.0Breakfast was great with many options. I received complimentary cake and warm wishes my birthday. Pool area was beautiful and clean. Every one was kind. It was a beautiful experience.
− Passage way carpet on floor 19 could do with cleaning. We sometimes could smell smoke across passage way

Nice staff, but the breakfast is poor at best, I won’t stay here again

− Breakfast was a joke, like animals at feeding time. We had it once, never again. Very noisy, no English tv channels

M Hotel Singapore City Centre will be undergoing refurbishment works starting 11 May 2026.
Works will take place on weekdays between 10:00am to 5:00pm, and intermittent noise may be experienced. All facilities and services remain operational.
