Other than the laundry Room mess, the stay was great. I sure hope this facility gets new laundry equipment.

− Guest Laundry Service Room: 2 washers and 2 dryers for a hotel with such a vast room volume is absolutely insane. Especially when guests were leaving their laundry in the machines unattended and not checking on their clothes for hours. Of the two dryers available, one of those was so loud and clanking, I felt sorry for the person who paid money to rent the hotel room next to the laundry room. It was sooooo loud there is no way these poor folks got any rest.

− No elevator, especially when handicapped individuals need one. When all floor levels are booked.
Clean and Convenient, but the Room Was Too Small
6.0The hotel was clean and in a good location, and the breakfast was basic but adequate.
− Unfortunately, the room was extremely small. There was so little space between the bed and the wall that I had to walk sideways to reach the head of the bed. The bathroom was also very small, and the shower curtain did not adequately cover the bathtub. As a result, water ended up all over the bathroom floor after showering. While we appreciated the cleanliness and convenient location, the cramped room and bathroom setup made the stay uncomfortable. We would not choose to stay here again.
No hot water in shower.
3.0Room large and bed was confortable
− No water whatsoever from hot water tap in shower. Forced to take a sponge bath in small bathroom sink. Asked for a discount, was told by front desk they had to check with their manager. I needed to leave and doubt I will ever hear back from this establishment.
