8.0La señorita recepcionista es muy amable, atenta y acoge al visitante con total compromiso de servicio. Algunas habitaciones tienen excelentes condiciones de limpieza y acabados. Las áreas húmedas también son de lo mejor.
− El capitán es todo lo contrario de la señorita recepcionista. Algunas habitaciones presentan problemas de ventilación, los acabados están deteriorados y los desagües del baño dejan escapar olores desagradables.
