− Lo único malo fue que hubo un problema con el suministro de agua, que trataron de arreglar mediante botellas de agua. Pero si me causó un inconveniente
Decepcionante manejo de situaciones críticas para ser un Hilton.
4.0El estilo colonial del hotel es espectacular.
− Desde el inicio de la estancia no se contaba con agua caliente, pues estaban en respiraciones. Esta situación escaló al punto de que el miércoles 15/07 no hubo agua potable hasta pasado las 18:00 hrs. Para poder limpiar los baños nos pasaron un balde con agua de la piscina y agua embotellada para poder lavarnos las manos y dientes.

− No tenían todo del menú en el restaurante, el área de piscina sucia, la habitación en el baño se salía el agua, y todo en general viejo. NO REGRESARÍA NUNCA
