10.0The property is great and so as the staff. What I didn’t understand was, the washer and dryer is not available unless you stay for 3 nights or more. I chose this place because I wanted a kitchen, washer, and dryer and that’s exactly what was on Expedia. However, upon checking in and you’re staying for less than 3 nights, you would have to pay extra to be able to use the washer and dryer. This is something that’s not stipulated in Expedia.

10.0We loved this hotel!! Roxanne and all the front desk girls were all so friendly and helpful with suggestions on local businesses. The room was perfect with many amenities including washer/ dryer. Kitchen with all utensils. View from balcony was great!! Stayed here for almost 3 weeks and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Saipan. Thanks again for the excellent service!
