− The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The ice machine was broken. The shower pressure was not good.

− Check in was the weirdest we have ever experienced. All electronic, we did not like it. No place to hang clothes up in the room. Half of the electrical outlets didn’t work.
Very average experience. Worked for our one night stay, but I would not book for a longer trip.
8.0Inside the rooms were nicely decorated, fresh, and clean in general. Staff tried to accommodate most our needs.
− The outside is very run down, it’s a motel- not a hotel or suite. Not enough towels in the room and the towel placed there was dirty. They charge to upgrade rooms but wouldn’t refund to get a lower priced room (this is because we needed adjacent rooms and we had to change rooms to make it happen).
