2.0Arrived at 3:20pm and was told our room wasn't ready. The manager, Derek, told us to give them 15min the room is still being cleaned. We said okay and waited in the lobby for an hour and decided to just leave and come back. Derek said 3 housekeepers are working on the room as a big mess was left from previous booking. Upon returning (3 hrs later) there were crumbles all over the counter, floor wasnt vaccumed, all bedside tables were not wiped down and sticky. Plastic shower liner was moldy. Bedsheets didn't appear to changed...NEVER AGAIN.
