10.0O espaço fica pertinho de tudo. A menos de 3 minutos, praticamente na mesma calçada, havia um restaurante italiano maravilhoso. Nas proximidades também há vários supermercados, farmácias e outros restaurantes, além de o local ficar bem perto de diversas estações de metrô. O espaço é extremamente organizado e tinha tudo o que precisávamos para cozinhar. A divisão dos ambientes é muito boa, a cama é confortável, o banheiro é lindo e tudo estava muito bem cuidado. Outro ponto muito positivo é o silêncio. Apesar da ótima localização, o espaço é muito tranquilo.
− O banheiro tinha um pouco de cheiro de esgoto, como se viesse da tubulação, mas nada que tenha nos impedido de amar o espaço. Inclusive, acredito que eles já tenham percebido isso e se organizado para minimizar, porque havia um aromatizador elétrico liberando perfume o tempo todo. Ao abrir a janela, também ficava bem tranquilo. O chuveiro não esquentou muito e, à noite, já estava fazendo um pouco de frio em Madrid. Como nossa estadia era curta, acabamos nem acionando o anfitrião para saber se havia alguma forma de aumentar a temperatura. Ainda assim, foi tudo realmente muito bom!

9.0La comodidad del apartamento y la ubicacion.
− Definitivamente las instrucciones para acceder a la propiedad no estaban bien explicadas, pasamos como una hora tratando de entrar. Afortunadamente llegaron unas senoras que tambien estaban alojadas alli, que habian pasado por la misma situacion y nos ayudaron con el proceso para entrar.
A great apartment in a perfect location!
9.0We were given very good instructions on accessing the property and it was easy to access the apartment. Chamberi is a residential area but has lots of nice restaurants in walking distance and has great transport links to all attractions in Madrid. The apartment is very spacious and has the added advantage of having a washer/dryer if you are staying for a while. All in all pretty much perfect!
