10.0Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und liegt ca 25 Gehminuten außerhalb des Zentrums von Ubud. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man kann jeden Tag aus 6 verschiedenen Frühstücksoptionen auswählen. Es gibt außerdem die Möglichkeit verschiedene Touren direkt über das Hotel zu buchen.

8.0Personnel très agréable. Villa conforme aux photos et située dans une zone plutot calme avec de bons restaurants autour.
− Ma fille a peur des geckos et autres insectes. Du coup, c était parfois compliqué avec les geckos sur la façade et un soir, les grosses fourmis dans la baignoire.

4.0La comodidad de la cama y sus almohadas.
− El servicio deja mucho que desear. Un poco más y nos ponen el cartel de morosos. Dejamos la reserva pagada con Booking y nos pararon al día siguiente para pedirnos pruebas de que se había pagado. El tema del desayuno es muy tarde y tampoco dan facilidades. Solamente una vez de cuatro. Las habitaciones un poco sucias.

10.0Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Besonders May ist super. Sie gibt arrangiert alles perfekt. Für uns war es perfekt, dass es nicht in der trubeligen Innenstadt von Ubud ist. Diese ist Fußläufig erreichbar.
