4.0The bed was comfortable.
− Lots of hair on the floor in my bedroom. The kitchen counters were very dirty. Lots of dirty dishes in the sink that had not been cleaned in awhile. I saw mold growing in some of the dishes in the sink. I needed a spoon but my better judgment told me not to touch anything.
I don’t have any thing to say about it but it’s nice to stay in the house

6.0The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating.
− There was people arguing outside our room at 4am and things sounded getting violent outside, making our sleep somewhat uncomfortable.
The location and the price were good, but the guests in the room above me were not very considerate.
5.0The room, bathroom, and kitchen were clean. The shower had lots of hot water. The location was very good for me.
− The people in the room above me seemed to be up all night every night. Four of the five nights I was there this didn't disturb my sleep, but on one of the nights, I could hear them talking and bumping the furniture and the floor all night. There seemed to be a lot of movement. Also, the TV was broken and I couldn't watch it. On the morning after my first night, the owner saw me trying to turn it on, and it appeared to be his first realization that it was broken. It is unfortunate because I would have watched it otherwise.
